: Your responsibilities as trainer would be to develop Training Matrix, Trainers Pack and Assessment Pack for the delivery of production training activities in line with the appropriate operating procedures. You will raise raise Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) to identify the training requirements and address any training requirements due to a change in the process. You will also be responsible for weapon training activities within the area of the Production Manager for the Licensed Site to cover Assembly, Disassembly and trials and glovebox operations to cover assembly, disassembly and trails. You will represent the Production & Facility Manager on Training/Technical meetings, review and assess competency of personnel during and on completion of their training. Ideally with a strong engineering background, you will have NVQ Level 3 Training and Development with NVQ D32 Skills Assessor and Supervisory skills training course. |
