Salary: | GBP 15,725 to GBP 21,275 per year (plus GBP 2,535 per annum location allowance) |

The key responsibilities are as follows: * Driving in store training and development for all staff members. * Communication with staff about key issues. * Drive customer service standards. * Improve staff satisfaction. * Support a sales focused culture /environment. * Co-ordinate and measure sickness absence. The ideal candidate will: * Have first class planning and organisational skills, whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines. * Have the confidence to communicate and influence assertively across all levels of the business. * Be prepared to challenge upwards as well as your peers and subordinates. * Possess the ability to juggle many tasks and prioritise accordingly. * Be able to focus on day to day activities whilst also developing long-term strategies. * Leadership skills. * Have a basic understanding of retailing, ideally at a supervisor or management level.
