Training Co-ordinatorFull/Part Time Considered (Salary Pro Rata)Entry to Employment (e2e)GBP 18,500 - GBP 22kThe e2e programme is designed to meet individual needs of young people aged 16-18 who have barriers participating intraining and education as a result of personal issues, qualifications or low self-esteem.We seek a hands on and highly motivated individual to support delivery to this small provision with upto 22 learners at any one time.Ideally candidates will have experience in: Selection and assessment of prospective learners Delivery of learning programmes to suitdisadvantaged learners Reviewing processes that support and progresslearners Facilitating and monitoring learner work placementactivity Delivery of basic/key skills, personal development work and vocational skills from entry level 2 up to level 2 Previous e2e experience Car owner/driver essentialPlease send or email your CV with a covering letter stating current salary to Carol.Closing date 18th November 2005 |
