Our big 4 client requires high calibre recent ACA/ACCA qualified accountants to join their dynamic and rapidly expandingTransaction Services team in London.The role provides multi-disciplined candidates a chance to further a career in one of the most challenging and key areasof the profession. A great variety of transactions including IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions, disposals and more, willallow you to demonstrate your analytical, presentation and relationship building skills. Responsibility for complexprojects and client relationship development will be yours from the outset, with a focus on deal generation/advisoryroles preparing a base for strong negotiations on behalf of your client.Applicants must be chartered preferably with first time passes, strong academic history and experience within CorporateFinance or Transaction Services. The right candidate will be enthusiastic and driven, with strong communication skillsand a desire to succeed.
