Our top-10 client requires high calibre recent ACA qualified accountants to join their dynamic and rapidly expandingTransaction Services team in London.The role provides multi-disciplined candidates a chance to further a career in one of the most challenging and key areasof the profession. A great variety of transactions including Floats/IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions, disposals and more,will allow you to demonstrate your analytical, presentation and relationship building skills. Responsibility for complexprojects and client relationship development will be yours from the outset, along with the opportunity to work onchallenging financial due diligence analysis.Applicants should be chartered accountants with a strong academic history and ideally 1-3 years experience withinTransaction Services or Corporate Finance. The right candidate will be enthusiastic and driven, with strong communicationskills and a desire to succeed.
