Click here to view current Graduate / Midlands & Middle England jobs.  Job Details: Title: Transport Manager Location: Northampton Salary: GBP 28,000 to GBP 32,000 per year (+ Bonus + Benefits) Description: The need is for a robust Transport professional to manage a reasonably sized fleet and hold the O licence, with thesupport of a dedicated team. Several key challenges have already been identified to include an enlightened approach toteam building, communication, leadership and employee relations.You will have proven transport, people management and cost control experience, ideally from within a multi userenvironment, but this is not mandatory. Of graduate calibre, a CPC national is essential, but training will be providedto gain your CPC International. Essentially, your demonstration of strong leadership, commercial acumen and overtoperational and customer credibility will be the key elements to your success in this role.
