Transport ManagerCompanyA major UK pharmaceutical wholesaler and manufacturer offering distribution and marketing services to hospitalpharmacies, private and public, and prison hospitals.RoleManaging the day to day running of a team of 40+ drivers operating from our Bristol depot.Responsibilities Ensuring staffing levels are maintained, and that emergency cover is available as required to ensure the smooth runningof the department. To reduce additional spend on emergency staffing and courier costs. Be involved in organizing work schedules and ensuring that the planning for the delivery schedules is effective.Essential Have a strong, dynamic management style. A motivational leader and an organized and diplomatic individual.
