UK Channel Account manager Retail & E-tailOverall Job Purpose / RoleTo manage & grow sales of the companies products to the UK, retail, E-tail, & Corporate market.Contact: Initially temporary contract for 6 months with a view to permanent (Subject to attaining business milestones asper the job description below)Key Activities and Responsibilities To manage sales to named Corporate SME E-reseller/Mail-Order accounts (Insight, Misco, PCWBD, Wstore, etc) Start sales at the consumer E-tailers for Optical such as E-buyer, Dabs, Argos, Index, E-buyer To start sales to UK named High street retail chains of DSG, Comet, Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Toys R Us, John Lewis,Euronics, Miller Brothers, TCR etc To increase sales and inclusion of the companies products within key seasonal activities in retail (Back to school,Xmas, Easter etc) Work with distribution merchandising teams to ensure product sales hit targets within each account. To start sales with the mail-order Corporate business of Computacenter, SCC, & SCH Creation of out-bound sales activity within Corporate mail-order To liase with UK channel marketing team to ensure promotional activity is managed inline with future planogram andshelf allocation. To carry out regular monthly sales promotion activity within the SME E-reseller/Mail-Order/Corporate accounts, ensuresales activities are planned in advance to tie in with seasonal activities (Such as Security month, server month etc) To ensure regular sales are developed and appropriate planogram matrix trackers are created to ensure regular stockingof products at all times within RetailKey Relationships and ContactsInternal Senior Sales Manager, Distribution manager for UK, Product Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering & Service TeamsExternal Distribution account manager, Distribution product manager, Distribution sales managers & sales representatives, Retailaccount buyers, merchandisers, sales teams, and product marketing managers.
