Salary:

GBP 40,000 per year (cGBP 40k salary, GBP 80k+ OTE plus car etc)

Description:

The primary focus of this role is to manage the sales team on a day-to-day basis, providing leadership, guidance andexpertise in all areas to ensure that they meet demanding individual and team targets. The role will encompass buildingstrong relationships with each team member to ensure that they are fully motivated and able to be dominant in the salesmarketplace. To ensure that substantial revenue streams are achieved, the successful candidate will work in partnershipwith the team to ensure that the quality of presentation and closure are of the highest industry standard. It isessential that the successful candidate can promote and deliver a culture of professional solution selling.Experience: Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience with a technology/software background essential Candidates should preferably have a financial software background Proven sales management experience that should include running a successful sales team Verifiable success in meeting sales targets together with a settled work history pattern Experience in CRM, setting targets, forecasting and sales reporting essential Strong commercial acumen and ability to work as a self-starter Exposure to both new business and channel/re-seller B2B environments Strong relationship skills that can achieve a mentor level with team members Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the United KingdomThe Benefits:Our client has strong employee retention build on providing excellent working conditions where respect, honesty andintegrity are taken as the norm.
