Our client is one of the worlds leading insurers and currently requires a Unit Leader to work within their thriving lossadjusting team. The role will involve leading and managing the performance of the team in order to achieve operationaltargets and deliver the defined customer service proposition. Although experience of loss adjusting is not essential youmust have good knowledge of the insurance market and have a proven track record of managing and improving other people'sperformance. You will work alongside the technical experts to develop and maintain the technical capability of your teammembers. As this is a home working role you will need to be self motivated and have strong planning and time managementskills. |
