My client, a leading Blue Chip company based around the Buckinghamshire area, currently seeks an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to join their team.Joining an established team of platform support technicians, it will be your responsibility to manage the day to day running of the companys IVR/ASR platforms across multiple hosting locations. The platforms technologies utilised are Microsoft front end, Linux/Microsoft backend, F5 Big IP load balancing, with a full Cisco network infrastructure. These backend servers perform various service critical functions within a busy 24/7 live environment, such as: Application, Web stats and Database servers.The ideal candidate for this role will previous experience of Linux systems administration and possess a strong working knowledge of PHP/Apache/Perl.
