Preparation of quotations & tenders, responses to be based upon specifications or meetings held with clients. This role involves preparing full documentation, pricing and configuration of quotation options for the Sales team to provide and present solutions to the Customer. This position would suit a person with a proven Sales or Project based background and could lead to external sales opportunities.The role is mainly office based but could involve some site visits.Compile pricing based on internal equipment price list, Project costs & third part suppliers.Work out configuration options for solutions.Preparation of full documentation for the Sales team to deliver to Client.Providing Support to external sales.Technical Sales Support for customers & Sales team.Experience & QualificationsExcellent presentation skillsGood customer interfacing and strong admin skills essentialGood organisational skills and an ability to respond under pressureTechnically competent and commercially awareIT literate with understanding of Networks, IP and operating systems an advantageElectrical engineering background preferable.Software packagesMS Office Word, Excel MS OutlookGeneral knowledge of networks and IT environments an advantage |
