Entrepreunerial telco services company in great location seeks a CCNP or greater with strong VOIP and preferably SHDSL experience, plus experience installing and managing environments in PCs, LAN, WAN, to configure routers,gateways, and GSM boxes, setup termination networks, route traffic from origination to termination networks, test and open routes using Voice Master (training can be given, though you must have experience with soft switches. Main purposes of the role are (i) to ensure and maintain high quality statistics including high levels of ASR and ACD (ii) maintain close personal relations with clients' support teams and (iii) to coordinate activity between customers, company, and termination locations. You need to be a fast worker who keeps a level head during stress, able to be flexible enough to work with an international customer base (shift work will be involved). Excellent reporting skills needed.Opportunities to train colleagues on Cisco configurations and network set-ups. Telco experience essential. |
