Our client is looking for a VoIP Engineer to work with and support clients on VoIP access products. This is a highlytechnical role what also requires good communications skills. You will have knowledge of data network devices, dataconfigurations, DSL services (PPPoe, PPPoa, RFC1483), network bandwidth and security limitations. Ideally you will haveexperience of providing remote technical support from the Datacomms & Telecoms industries.Experience: You will have in-depth knowledge of Voice Protocols SIP, MGCP and of related QoS along with some knowledge ofVoice over ATM gateway topology and related protocolsGood working knowledge of logical and physical characteristics of telecoms end user access protocols and CPE, POTS, ISDNand Telecoms networks would be a bonus along with telecom product manufacturing.This role offers excellent opportunity for carrier and technical development within this fast moving company working onstate of the art VoIP systems.
