Our client is a high growth, high tech company engaged in the design and manufacture of highly integrated 3D digitalsensor solutions in high volume for a range of electrical market segments in the consumer, commercial and industrialproduct industries. They currently require a Vice President of R&DThe role will be responsible for:- The running of the Electronic and Mechanical R & D plus the Client Project Engineering Teams. Developing the team and its management to support the generation of new market technology platforms by the R & D team,for utilisation by the Engineering team in the creation of new client bespoke modules. Preparation of project plans, budgets, forecasts and the ongoing support of business modelling.Preferably educated to degree level in an engineering discipline, you will have gained 10 years experience of managing anR & D / Engineering team with a volume product or component manufacturer.It is essential that you can demonstrate the ability to administer, build and maintain a successful Engineering teamoperating in a client focused, bespoke project environment with a particular emphasis on team leadership and motivation.To view similar opportunities, please look at www.champion-partners.com
