Description:

You will have responsibility to develop your client and candidate base, and you are encouraged to perform visits andbuild relationships. You will ideally be a graduate with at least two years successful recruitment/Sales experience in awhite collar environment, and you should be capable of winning business at director level. You will be given access to alarge database of clients, so the onus is on a consultant with a positive work ethic and ability to develop a candidatebase via market knowledge and networking is key. Any professional recruitment background will be considered, although anaffinity to sales or technical recruitment is a distinct advantage.You will receive a high degree of autonomy coupled with the support of a strong brand name and an excellent reputation.You will be expected to develop and manage relationships with companies from SME level to multinational blue chiporganisations, so the ability to deal with decision makers of all backgrounds is imperative. First rate presentation andnegotiating techniques are key for building a great reputation of your own, so the ability to gain client confidencethrough face to face meetings is also very important in this role.In return, you will be given a competitive basic salary based on experience, plus the opportunity to become a shareholderin the business in the medium term. Your OTE will also be a realistic GBP 30k plus in your first year, with the opportunityto further this in your second and third years.
