You should ideally have gained your commercial experience within a professional servicesenvironment eg banking, legal/law firms, management consultancies, accountancy firms, architectural firms, etc. A goodknowledge of Windows XP , MS Office 2000 and document management software is essential. Any knowledge of ActiveDirectory, Deltaview, Laserforms, etc would be an advantage. A solid knowledge of connecting PCs to networks, configuringlaptops/desktops, etc is required. The role is essentially telephone based but will also involve some remote support.There will be good scope for progression as the company like to promote from within. |
