: As Work Week Manager you will be responsible for the preparation, review, and execution of projects and activities within the Station's work week planning process to support high levels of weekly plan schedule adherence. It is expected that the successful candidate will have experience of undertaking a lead project role and have a demonstrated track record of delivering results. However, an enthusiasm, drive and the ability to motivate change are equally important to the role. Supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, candidates must be self-motivated, able to work on own initiative, demonstrate sound judgement and a can-do attitude. Ideally with good nuclear power plant or large industrial plant working knowledge, you should have practical experience in the areas of maintenance or operations. However, given the leadership nature of the role, candidates from other backgrounds who can demonstrate the right personal qualities will also be considered. You will be qualified to HNC, or working towards this, or equivalent in an Engineering discipline. |
