Nursing Home Manager

Location: East Anglia Lincolnshire Jobs

Key points: I am currently working on behalf of a large, market leading Care provider that is seeking a strong Manager to take charge of one of their large nursing homes near the borders between Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Lincolnshire. The home itself is a large facility providing Nursing care for the elderly and those with dementia. The Manager will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the homes operations, this is everything from managing the marketing, budgeting, care standards etc. The home is looking for an experienced manager with a proven track record in successfully managing similar sized care homes to a good or fully compliant standard. Candidates should have a registered nursing qualification and be clinically very strong. The successful candidate should have a proven track records in caring for the elderly and those with Dementia within similar sized homes ..........
