Key points: My client that is a public sector organisation based in central London is seeking a Temp Credit Controller. It is required that you have a current CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) or Disclosure Scotland to be suitable. This role is an immediate start and the employee will temp for up to 6 weeks and the role pays £10.00 - £11.00 per hour. Your job duties will include being responsible for carrying out a range of tasks and support functions to assist the Income Manager. This includes contacts with both internal and external clients. This role is mainly a Credit Control role but the successful candidate would be expected to be multi qualified: · Comply with VOA security policy. · Collect monies efficiently by liaising with Customers. · Eradicate issues and errors that are delaying payments. · Generate reminder letters and statements within SAP bi monthly/monthly. · Maintain Customer Accounts on SAP, ensuring tidiness and allocation of payments.
