My client was currently looking for a Deputy Manager (RGN) for a large sized dual registered nursing home / care home in London.
The home has an excellent reputation and a "good" rating from the care quality commission As part of a team your role will include:
40 hours per week 75% clinical role Manage the home in the absence of the general manager.
Please note this job for Deputy Manager, Elderly care nursing home was advertised some time ago and is now withdrawn.
1. This home provides nursing & social care for frail elderly, young physically disabled and rehabilitation services for 18 - 65's.
2. Manage all registered nurses and implement training/induction programs for all care staff. Many opportunities within the organisation. Ensure the highest level of care was delivered throughout the home.
