Your role will be varied and very busy with between 2-4 jobs running at any one time with 2-6 staff on each site. Initially, the employee will be involved with the client after the first part of the sales has been done, you will complete a survey looking at the existing light fittings, condition and type, access to the lamps, opening hours of the client, height of the fittings from ground level, any expert issues. Occasionally, the employee will be fitting units for the client to test, when the job is scheduled to start, you need to be on site with the team ensuring everything runs smoothly, to H&S procedures, on time with minimal disruption to the client. Post installs you may be back to complete the snagging list, sort out any issues including electrical ones, report back to Head Office on any problems.
The Candidate must have 17th edition working extensively on lighting, including showand office lighting would be an advantage, project management, agreementmanagement and a full UK drivers licence.
