Key points: Pertemps are currently employing 5 experienced LGV C+E drivers for temporary to permanent roles with The prospective employer who is a market leading provider for agreementlogistics.

The job will comprise of the transport and set up of expert medical scanners (MRI, CT and PEP-CT) to any one of 250 hospitals across the country. Your duties will include manoeuvring the scanner into a predetermined location on the hospital site. Once in position Your job duties will include being responsible for ensuring the exacting setup standards are adhered to. This will include making sure the trailer is completely level and ready for use by the technicians the following morning. Full training of these standards will be provided.

The start time for each shift will be between 20:00 - 22:00 with the skillto do nights out an required part of this role. Whilst undergoing your training, you will work 4 nights each week. The 4 nights will be confirmed on a weekly basis so full flexibility and availability throughout the week is an absolute necessity. Overtime after the completion of the 4 nights is available upon request. Upon successful completion of your training you will transfer onto a rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Pay rates

- Monday - Friday: £132 per shift

- Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays & Overtime: £153 per shift

- Nights out paid at £25

Due to insurance reasons the employee will be over 23 years of age and have 2 years commercial LGV C+E experience with 180 days of that experience in the preceding 24 months. No more than 6 points for minor offenses (no CDs, DDs or DRs). The Candidate will also require CPC (DQC) Card.
