This role will involve roughly 50% sales (self-generating sales leads, face to face product demonstrations) and 50% installation/servicing of the product on customer sites. The Candidate will spend a couple of days per week working from your own office, successfully following up on qualified leads and self-generating new opportunities. The Candidate will fill up the rest of your working week with face to face meetings, travelling to client sites and undertaking installations of the product.

Strong communication and the skillto develop long-standing relationships is a key aspect of this role. The successful jobseeker for this new vacancy will also have the confidence and business acumen to work independently and be willing to drive long distances each day.

Experience is not required and all confident and highly motivated individuals will be considered because in depth training will be provided.

High level summary of tasks include:

- to highlight and pursue potential sales opportunities (utilising an existing company database of contacts, cold calls and incoming enquiries), selling to a range of markets including Food Factories, Hospitals, Hotels and Schools etc.
- Face to face product demonstrations to end customers
- Installation of the product on customer sites
- Managing and encouraging repeat business through excellent after sales service
- Develop and keepan up to date knowledge of the products in order to successfully sell the features, advantages and benefits to customers
- Excellent customer service at all times

Experience/Qualifications - the successful applicant should:

- Experience of selling is preferred but not required. Individual should be confident when meeting new people.
- Strong conversation discuss issues and skillto positively interact and the skillto build rapport with clients
- Some Installation/DIY experience
- Willing to travel long distances / stay away from home
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/etc)
- Be confident and able to work on your own with a can-do attitude
- Be highly organised and be able to manage multiple activities
- Able to work on their own initiative as well as collaboratively across teams and functions
