Working on incoming calls, you will talk to the client about their recent motor accident in order to work out if the accident was their fault or the fault of a third party. The Candidate can help planto have their car repaired plana courtesy car for them and point them in the right direction if they need to make a personal injury claim.

The primary salary for this customer service role is between £14, 250 and £16, 000 per year (dependant on experience) and there is a very achievable bonus program, based on realistic targets.

The Candidate will also receive 22 days annual leave (+ Bank Holidays and this increases with service), reduced gym membership, a Friends of Dalton Park discount card and 20% Vodaphone discount. Free parking and full canteen service are available on site too

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 9.30pm. The Candidate should expect to work up to two weekends per month, with alternative days off given during the week.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO APPLY?
