Your new role Your new position is a permanent Monday - Friday 8.45 - 5.15 opportunity. It is based in Belfast city centre nonetheless they do require someone who is flexible to travel between the Belfast and Newry office when called for. the employee will operate a telephone switch system and answer and direct calls to appropriate staff. the employee will be creating new files and carry out searches on them. the employee will be undertaking diary management and scheduling meetings. the employee will update Webcrash and collect, deliver post as well as scan the post onto the system. the employee will prepare Court Bundles, Briefs to Counsel and any other administrative tasks as called for. the employee will participate in annual appraisals and performance reviews and attend called for training. What you'll need to succeed the employee will have a minimum of 3 years office clerk/receptionist experience. the employee will be competent in Microsoft Office and have a GCSE in English language or equivalent and have a relevant law degree. the employee will have exemplary conversational and communication, time management and customer service skills. the employee will be a motivated, punctual and dependable individual. the employee will be a team player, professional and have the skillto manage your own workload. the employee will have a full clean drivers licence and access to a vehicle. Preference will be given to those with experience in a legal practise.
