The prospective employer has a strong client base ranging from distributions centres, large industrial premises, hotels and schools. They are looking for a Contracts Manager to take responsibility of between £500k - £1m worth of planned and reactive maintenance contracts throughout the North West. The contracts have a blend of air conditioning, commercial gas and electrical services on site. Your job duties will include being responsible for the smooth running and expansion of these contracts whilst working towards pre-existing SLA's and KPI's.
