Liaising with other departments on site to achieve fluid movement of material through site. Your Important job duties Will Be: Ensure Waste Management License, Working Plan and Discharge Consent conditions regarding waste inputs/outputs and treatment methods are adhered to. Ensure that all records are completed promptly and accurately. Ensure that all records are fully traceable in line with Quality Management Systems. Ensure all equipment is calibrated as per procedures and quality requirements. Analysis of samples relating to Plant Operation Discharge Effluent Filter Cake Pre-Acceptance and Acceptance Sampling Mimic Treatments Control material flow through site to ensure that delays are minimised. Ensure analysis is carried out to ISO 17025: 2005 and ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Work closely with the laboratory team to ensure work is completed as per priority order. Maintaining a high level of housekeeping in all areas and ensuring housekeeping activities are carried out in a timely manner. Ensure Non Conformance Reports are raised in line with procedures and policy and corrective actions are taken and communicated to all relevant parties.
