To establish a plan to complete a refresh of the processes, resolving the identified shortcomings and ensuring that all processes are fully documented gain approval for the plan and associated timetable and to execute against that approved plan
Develop and execute a change management and communication plan to make sure the support and collaboration of the wider HR community in relation to the changes that will be made
Manage the day to day Global Mobility operations, addressing issues arising and building up a knowledge base that can be utilized by the Global Mobility team to make sure that learnings are reused in issue management
Establish robust case management processes, working with the IS function to specify and configure the requirements for Global Mobility in the ServiceNow case management tool
To develop strong working relationships and operational controls with the key suppliers to the Global Mobility Delivery team, ensuring that they deliver against the full scope of the contracted services
