Company Profile: The prospective employer is an industry leader with a large international presence Vacancy responsibilities: To be the main point of contact for German speaking customers Important job duties : - Maintaining and building relationships with German speaking customers - Dealing with all customer enquiries - Internal communication with customers, sales managers, sales representatives, warehouses and manufacturing sites - Managing and following up orders - Processing invoices and all other payment documents - Communicating internally with all departments to achieve customer satisfaction - Negotiating prices with suppliers - Monitoring customer demand and providing response to relevant departments - Maintaining good working relationship with the field sales department and specific accounts Candidate Profile: Fluent in English & German - written & spoken Significant earlier work experience in Customer Care preferably in technical or manufacturing background Educated to degree level Strong working knowledge of Excel, SAP or similar programme and Microsoft Office Strong communication and organisational skills Able to work under reasonable pressure and autonomously Excellent negotiation and project management skills Salary: up to £22k p.a. depending on experience + benefits French Selection UK the leading recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian speaking professionals and executives throughout the United Kingdom ..........
