Due to their continued success and they are currently recruiting for Part Time Customer Service Advisors to work from their Manchester office

THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Advisor the employee will be Acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of customer enquiries via the phone, front counter e-mail and text, to give practical advice and assistance
The Candidate will be helping customers with a variety of enquiries about repairs, rent, housing benefit, anti-social behaviour housing options and more
The Candidate will also be carrying out other duties including front of house reception the cash desk and administrative support
The Candidate will also be carrying out customer satisfaction reports and surveys to make sure customers are getting the best quality service
The working hours/shift patterns for the part time role will be 28 hours per week over five days
Fixed Term agreementuntil Thirty th September 2016
The Candidate will be based at the employers Manchester office with good transport links and parking available.

THE PERSON

The successful jobseeker for this new vacancy will ideally have similar experience within a customer care environment
Experience within a housing trust or housing association is desired but not required
The Candidate MUST have a good phone manner
The Candidate must have an empathetic nature, able to deal with all types of people
Naturally you MUST be a good communicator with excellent organisational skills, time management skills and administrative skills
The Candidate MUST have Advanced IT skills and fully conversant with up to date software, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (in particular Word and Excel)
