Responsible for inbound calls from existing customers, the employee will be the first port of call for technical support whether it be an enquiry regarding billing, connection, technical support, etc. With thorough product training and access to system troubleshooting tools and resources, you'll use strong communication and problem solving skills aiming to rectify their issue over the phone (if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, the in house expert engineering and IT team will resolve on site). About you:
* earlier work experience in a customer service role is preferred but not called for
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic and have a 'can do' attitude
* Patience and flexibility is an absolute must as you need to changeand stay calm in a fast-paced environment
* Time management and multitasking skills
* Basic computer navigation skills
