Call Centre (Telesales) Manager Out of Hours

A Call Centre which operates weekends and evenings was looking to find a Call Centre Manager Out of Hours to have full responsibility for the call centre, provide a quality service for housing enquiries, supervising a team of advisers and maintenance of the shift rota ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
Working with client organisations, customers and contractors/subcontractors the employee will maintain and improve the level and range of service.
Please note this job for Call Centre (Telesales) Manager Out of Hours was advertised some time ago and is now withdrawn.
1. The post holder will handle complex enquiries, supply management information reports and deal with the administration of the management of the team.
2. Ideally the employee will have the following experience and skills:
