The Position: A position for an Inside Sales Supervisor has recently arisen, principal responsibilities including: • Providing successful leadership in the running of the inside sales group • Maintaining processes and procedures and ensuring these documents are followed by all those in the department • Assessing the roles of the people in the department and reporting back to the Direct Report • Reviewing purchases ordered, comparing to quotation and clarifying with customer if required • Establishing and maintaining quotation records required Skills/Experience: • HNC Engineering or equivalent • A minimum of 2 years’ managing a team of people • Experience in selling a technical product such pressure/control valves or similar Desirable Skills/Experience: • Experience in selling products within the Oil & Gas industry • Knowledge of chokes, speciality pressure control valves and their applications • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience in Material selection within Oil & Gas industry For real-time updates on similar opportunities from Poole Resourcing, follow us on Twitter @PooleResourcing ..........
