* Digital transcription/copy typing
* Creation/amendment of documentation, tracking changes, etc
* Preparation of Powerpoint presentations and tendering and Excel spreadsheets

* Arranging all travel/accommodation using the Firm's UK Travel facility
* Completing and submitting expense claims at period end dates
* Answering and screening telephone calls, assisting callers and redirecting enquiries to relevant fee-earners
* Ordering and, as necessary, assisting with photocopying, binding and filing
* Assisting other secretarial staff and teams, as required The Candidate
* First-class secretarial, administrative and organisational skills
* Ability to work on own initiative, but also flexibly as part of a team in a busy environment
* Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills at all levels
* Ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines
* Ability to maintain a professional manner at all times, to use initiative and work proactively
* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
