This will be achieved by using all elements of the supply chain from enquiry, quotation, order placement, and appropriate despatch and invoicing.

2. Responsible for ensuring all orders are monitored and progressed 5 Acknowledge receipt of orders, where appropriate, and mutually agreed delivery dates with the production planners and customers.
