An international organisation with a strong presence within the healthcare and scientific sectors are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Customer Services Co-ordinator.
This will be achieved by using all elements of the supply chain from enquiry, quotation, order placement, and appropriate despatch and invoicing.

1. Applicants should ideally have experience in customer supply chain / customer logistics The Supply Chain Customer Services Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing the efficient dealing with of customers orders for Reagents, bulk and custom orders.
2. Responsible for ensuring all orders are monitored and progressed 5 Acknowledge receipt of orders, where appropriate, and mutually agreed delivery dates with the production planners and customers. Many opportunities within the organisation. Give quotations and co-ordinate quotation requests, both direct from the customers and also via the field sales group.

Specific duties of the Supply Chain Customer Services Co-ordinator will include:
1 Handles and responds to all types of customer service issues, orders and general customer and client enquiries 2 Takes responsibility for customer follow-up, communication and delivers a high and efficient level of customer service 3 Resolve complex or difficult customer queries seeking support and clarification where appropriate 4 Responsible for the entry of customer orders received by email or fax
