I am looking to recruit for pro-active, confident, hands-on and experienced Receptionists/ Administrators for temporary contracts in Nottinghamshire.
Applicants should be well presented and be able to prioritise their own workload.
Please note this job for Temporary Receptionist/ Administrator was advertised some time ago and is now withdrawn.
1. Skills & Experience The successful candidates will have previous Reception and Administration experience.
2. Ideally the employee will have come from a corporate background and portray this image to all visitors and representatives from suppliers etc. Many opportunities within the organisation. As well as managing the Front of House reception area, the post-holder would also be responsible for providing admin support to the management team, so experience using Microsoft Office products was required top produce letters, emails and other correspondence and reports.
