The prospective employer a distributor of sheet material, is advertising for an Internal Sales Executive to be working with their team at their Leicester depot. Due to growth, the customer has acquired new larger premises so will be moving in the very near future.

Working in an extremely fast paced environment the employee will be asked to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that orders are correctly processed ensuring that customers are satisfied. There will be an element of generating new business through your own research and contacting new business which will then be followed up by the external sales representative.

The role:

Answering incoming sales enquiries by phone and email and process orders
Developing new business as well as existing accounts and build the current relationships
Work with an external sales representative to put together quotes, book appointments and make introductory calls
Deal with customers when they come into the trade counter

Skills:

earlier Sales/Account Management experience is desired
Excellent IT skills
Great communicator
Drive and passionate, development opportunities will come up as the company continues to grow
