Our Client An established and leading Gold Parnter are looking for an IPT Consultant that has knowledge/skills in the following:

* Cisco AS5300 Access Servers
* Cisco PGW 2200 Protocol Gateway (also known as a Cisco SC2200 Signalling Controller / Cisco SC2200 Voice Gateway
* Solaris 2 6
* SS7 / C7 signalling & Interconnects
* SIP & SIP Trunking / Q.
The Cisco AS5300 in this type of deployment was usually used for VoIP broadband services, radius server, diaup acees and hosted IPT.
Please note this job for IPT Consultant - Temp to Perm was advertised some time ago and is now withdrawn.

* Intergration into PBX's and PSTN
* Cisco MGC Node Manager (MNM) The ideal candidate would have had exposure and aquired experince in the Telco and Service Provider sector.
2. The SC2200 was more of an application and signalling gateway that runs on a Sun Netra server, running Solaris 2 6. Many opportunities within the organisation. So knowledge of Solaris would be great.

They are looking for individuals who will strive to improve facilities operations, decrease turn around times, ensure a safe environment and streamline work processes. The role is an exciting amalgamation of a facilities coordinator and a facilities helpdesk position and offers great variety for someone who needs to get their teeth into something. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Under general supervision maintain internal and external administration systems.
* First line call taking; answer questions; providing response; recommends corrective actions; investigates, reports, documents and resolves issues under guidance of management
* Monitor BIG Work Requests to guarantee timely completion of tickets by engineering team escalating where it proves necessary
* Assist with the organising and preparation of specifications for quotations on identified works
* Receive and code invoices; utilize Yardi to create and manage Purchase Orders
* Assist with preparation of work permits
* Give technical assistance to technical manager and engineers
* Help to ensure regional teams meet reporting and compliance deadlines
* Collect, assemble and prepare reports using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Assist all levels of management with projects as needed
* Support Work Access & Control system incorporating the Permit to Work scheme ensuring all aspects of the security and safe works practices are adhered to
* BIG reporting - Customer Survey, Backlog, hours, tickets etc. as required
* Building Inspection, recording and raising remedial works
* Utility data gathering in accordance with company procedures.
* Builds and maintains appropriate confidentiality; complies with and supports company development
* Ensure customer requirements are met and client specific standards are achieved POSITION REQUIREMENTS 1. Skills
