The Care Assistant role includes providing companionship and support when needed. Medication assistance, from prompting to administering, helping with personal care, domestic duties, meal preparation and just being there and doing some of those tasks for our customers that we take for granted because we still can support ourselves. We all know that sometimes we might be the only person they see and because of this, we want our carers to just make sure that the care they give is of the highest standard and that you make the difference out there. Every visit really does count.

Part time or Full time hours of work are available , as a minimum you will look to work every other weekend to help our care team and customers.

The Candidate may even have your NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and be looking to try a more senior role, that's great, because if you come on board and show us just what you know and can do, you may be suited to our other vacancies that could come up within our branches, from Support Care Supervisor to Care Champion to Coordinator or even a Registered Manager.
