Key duties:
* Answer calls from customers in a professional manner, whilst adhering to all SLA's

* Work with the development team to assist with the testing of system advancements. This role will be dealing with German customers as well as English speaking clients. The hours (working) will be 7.5 hours (working) per day on a shift pattern. The department is open from 8am - 8.30pm Weekdays and the employee will know your shift pattern 1 month in advance. In addition to this the employee will be asked to work 1 in 3 Saturdays or Sundays. If you speak extra languages to German and English, you may be offered a higher salary for the same role.
