Our Client was a fast growing and expanding company in the consumer finance industry and are currently looking to recruit a team of agents to work in their open plan, modern offices in the heart of Bromley Town Centre.

1. You must be prepared to work shift patterns between the hours of 8am and 5 30pm Weekdays, this includes one week of late shifts where the employee will do 11am-7pm and one Saturday morning in four (9am to 1pm) Applicants should have the following; Previous call centre experience, ideally where outbound calls were required.
2. Works well in large teams. Many opportunities within the organisation. In this position the employee will be collecting exceptional debt off customer and offering advice and solutions to their financial situation; so an empathetic but assertive character was sought.
