Key points: My client who are leaders in their field are looking to grow their team of sales advisors.They are seeking to employ self motivated sales negotiators who are genuinely keen on making money the employee will be working in a team of 10 responding to inbound telephone enquiries and also be making outbound calls. There is no cold calling involved nonetheless the employee will be contacting B2B (Business to Business) clients and customers who have previously expressed an interest in the product. Part of the role involves speaking to lapsed users and the other part speaking with customers who maybe potentially interested in upgrading. If you are genuinely interested in carving out a career in sales then this is the role for you. the employee will be making roughly 50 outbound calls a day with a view to maximising sales. the employee will be handling calls with positive listening, questioning , influencing and negotiating techniques to best match the customers` requirements. So in return for your hard work and tenacity this is how the company will reward you. beginning salary of £15120 + guaranteed £500 bonus for the first 3 months whilst you are training and finding your feet.
