As a candidate, are you a focused and aspiring Activities Officer? If so you could be part of an expanding team for our client based in Bromley.
This was a varied role and the employee will be given plenty of responsibility' including:
- Explore new opportunities and develop fresh ideas to further enhance resident's quality of life - To assist, encourage and enable residents to participate in activities - To ensure that resident's needs are met in a way that respects their choice, dignity, privacy and independence - Plan weekly activities schedule - Uses appropriate project management techniques to keep tasks on track - Take a lead role within the activities team in planning and developing a varied programme of activities both within the home and external visits to places of interest - Liaise with third parties to organise entertainment and events If you like the sound of this then you'll need to have:
