We are now looking for the next member of the family who will come in and act as a PA / Executive Assistant to the CEO, CTO & Sales Director. This is a sensational role, working with a great team where no 2 days are the same.

The Candidate will be located in Bracknell and working closely with the CEO both from his home, office and your home across a range of tasks including but not limited to:

- Extensive diary and travel management,
- Daily inbox management
- Organising internal/external events
- Building strong client & staff relationships Project Management
- Adhoc administrative tasks
- Organising internal/external events Building strong client & staff relationships

- Project Management & ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Building strong client & staff relationships

The Candidate will be highly organised efficient and have strong prioritising and multi-tasking skills. Ideally you will have used Salesforce before (however not required) and you must have intermediate to advanced MS Office.

Working days per week Monday - Friday 0930 - 1500 you can expect a busy schedule dealing with all incoming correspondence, filing, preparing all business documents (contracts, memorandums, etc) on behalf of the CEO. The Candidate will also be tasked with organising internal and external meetings including agenda creation minute taking when required.

As the CEOs PA the employee will be asked to assist in ensuring the office is maintained and liaise efficiently with line management and general housekeeping of 18 staff.

There will also be projects to assist the CEO in dealing with personal items too as and when required.

Extensive PA experience in a similar position with a good working knowledge of Word Excel, PowerPoint, GMAIL is sought. The Candidate must be available to be contacted outside of business hours to take care of various business and/or personal items for the CEO.

A full UK drivers licence is necessary and the employee will be asked to drive in this role on a steady basis (car will be provided).
