Job Title Customer Services Operator - Reporting to Customer Services Manager Receiving, dealing and concluding all inbound customer care line calls, e-mails and faxes, fault finding/diagnosis. Dealing with two week follow-up calls post install, service reminders and closure, concordance reporting, local fire service and electricity supplier liaison. The post is grouped under the Operations function reporting to the Customer Services Manager. The post will involve working in one of two functions 1) Customer Call Handling Function and 2) Customer Service back office or a mixture of both depending on skills and experience.
