1. Main Accountabilities:
Meet and Greet visitors - issuing appropriate security passes and catering for their daily requirements Provide a well maintained reception area - Stocked/Tidy First response telephone covers for inbound calls Maintaining delegates list for courses, and following up with no shows/late arrivals Compile and distribute course joining instructions within given timescales Distributing inbound post Arranging couriers/ Main contact for delivers Producing catering reports of daily numbers and training room requirements MS Office skills to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint Complete daily rooms checks Logging maintenance & cleaning issues via a centralised database Provide administration to the larger team - dealer communications (mail merges), coursefill phone calls Booking trainer and delegate accommodation Production & distribution of training certificates General administration duties
