Important job duties :Execute outbound calling to produce new business appointments for the Sales TeamQualification of inbound phone and email enquiries and conversion into qualified sales leadsBuild and keepthe company's contact management database/CRM platform Goldmine' according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting protocolsCo-ordinate new business meetings with the Sales DirectorsManage and keeplead referrals through the Sales PipelineTrack and report on commercial performance in lead generation and campaign support areas, updating the Sales Team on a steady basisWork with the wider Marketing Team to follow up on tactical campaignsBuild relationships across the business to optimise the lead generation opportunities from within the company and manage these referrals through the Sales PipelineAct as brand champion in all dealings with customers and staff and adopt brand behaviours and values in all that they doIdentify opportunities and connect these with the relevant internal teamsuccessful planning of time and tasks to make sure monthly sales and calling targets are achievedExperience/qualifications/knowledge required:Previous outbound telesales callingProven sales experience within financial or professional services environmentProven experience in customer services environmentA good working knowledge of Goldmine system or similar CRM systemAbility to show phone sales techniquesMinimum of Maths and English GSCE Grade C' or equivalentABFA Foundation course desirable or willing to work towardsThe client is offering a generous pay and benefits package that includes commission annual bonus, pension life insurance.
