This title needs a hungry, enthusiastic and motivated individual to dedicate their time to help build strong, long lasting relationships with current advertisers and to pro-actively seek new clients for the publication. Candidates should be an excellent Account Manager to work through the established database we have for this title but also be astute in finding new business in this ever changing market. 50% of the companies staff have been with them for five years and over, and many of their managers have been with them for ten years plus. The role will require a well spoken and confident character to keepthe magazines excellent advertising revenue and build upon this by speaking with potential new advertisers, promoting the magazine over the phone to relevant clients. the employee will need to be able to overcome objections and be able to show a passion and genuine interest in the advertisers and their products, and be able to build rapport quickly and professionally. This role will suit a candidate who has earlier work experience of building relationships with clients, both new and existing. the employee will need to have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate with a range of different personalities.
