Key points: As part of an exciting expansion plan for 2012 / 2013, our client is looking to recruit a New Business Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This position will be based at our clients Totton office and the employee will be selling Managed Services. This will require you to be extremely consultative and intelligent in your sales approach, you'll have to get past the gatekeepers, quickly build rapport and have the ability to persuade decision makers in a variety of businesses. It goes without saying that you'll enjoy negotiating with them, handling all objections and will use your initiative to win business. By achieving an annual target, the employee will reap the rewards of a great uncapped commission scheme. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a busy sales environment with healthy competition and will be motivated to achieve targets. You'll understand that building strong relationships with customers is key in delivering great results every month, and the employee will have the ability to highlight and actively seek out new business opportunities over the telephone and face-to-face. Ideally you'll be educated to degree level, but most important will be your ability and passion for sales. A minimum of 12 months experience in a services sales environment is required.
