Key points: Trade Counter Sales Person called for for a well established brand and office based in Poole (Wallisdown area) We are currently seeking to employ an experienced and motivated candidate who will work on our Trade Counter and agree sales activity as and when called for. the employee will be one of 4 staff based on the trade counter. Would you like to work in a thriving business environment? As a candidate, are you an experienced administrator with a passion for sales? Do you enjoy working with others? If so, this could be the role for you What does the role involve? In this role the employee will be asked to engage with customers both over the phone and head on. Candidates should be confident to take orders, give a first line customer service and also work closely with the internal sales dept and sales team. This is a role that will see you collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time. Regularly engaging with our external sales force and credit control teams, you’ll also input orders onto our system and keepour sales records. The successful candidate will need good knowledge of customer service, the skillto learn quickly and also the skillto build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
